    I'M BRIAN DZINGAI

    Olympian, Entrepreneur, Founder, and Speaker, my journey transcends the realms of athletics, finance, and social impact.

    After graduating from Florida State University in 2005, I had the opportunity to become a professional track & field athlete sponsored by Nike & Mizuno over the course of a 9-year career which included 2 Olympics (Athens ’04 & Beijing ’08).

     

    After placing 4th in the historic 200m final in Beijing where Usain Bolt broke the world record, Brian was unable to qualify for a 3rd Olympic in London ’12. Brian proceeded to pursue a career in financial services with Deloitte, Alliance Bernstein and Aon.

     

    A chance encounter in 2005 while taking a walk with a friend in Harare, Zimbabwe became a turning point, helping me connect the dots and discover my purpose.

  • How could I give back?

    Since 2007, I have been committed to uplifting athletes from Zimbabwe by providing them with access to life-changing opportunities.

    Through my collective networks and shared knowledge, doors have opened doors for young talent, securing both athletic and academic scholarships at institutions across the United States. It has been a deeply rewarding journey, seeing these athletes not only achieve their academic goals but also thrive, with their potential fully realized.
